SHIPPING INFORMATION

Time to deliver

Orders will be shipped within 3-4 working days of placement and deliverable time is 7 working days. However, T&J cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, custom clearance processes, and delay in delivery by Courier Company.

Shipping charges

T&J offers free shipping for orders above 5000/-across India.

All orders over INR 25000 (Indian currency) are applicable for free international shipping. For international orders below INR 25000, there is a nominal charge based on the country we ship to. Further note, customer will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country they reside in.

All orders ship from India. Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. T&J cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If customer has any questions related to custom charges, they can contact their local customs office.

For all domestic orders (within India) taxes and duties have already been included in the product price.
